Gyanplug.com is a platform offering the AI Diagnostic, Curated Admit, In-College Audits and the Recruiter Dashboard, and connecting students (“Users”) with admission counsellors (“Counsellors”). Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using the site you confirm you have read and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
The site serves students from Class 11/12 upward. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf and be involved in any paid service.
3. Registration and account responsibilities
Some features need an account. Give accurate information, keep your login details secure, report any unauthorised use and take responsibility for all activity on your account.
4. Services provided
Gyanplug provides the AI Diagnostic, Curated Admit, In-College Audits and the Recruiter Dashboard directly, and lets students find and contact independent third-party counsellors. Gyanplug is not responsible for the quality, accuracy or legality of a counsellor's services.
5. Counsellor and user relationship
Counsellors are independent third parties, not Gyanplug employees or representatives. Any agreement between a User and a Counsellor is between them alone. Use your own judgment when choosing a counsellor.
6. Payments and fees
Some services are paid. Third-party payment processors handle payments and their terms apply. Gyanplug is not responsible for payment, refund or dispute issues involving counsellor services.
7. User conduct
You may not use the site unlawfully, post offensive or infringing content, misrepresent who you are, or use automated tools to access the site or disrupt its services. Gyanplug may suspend or end accounts that break these rules.
8. Content ownership and licence
You keep ownership of what you submit. You give Gyanplug a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use and display it for its services. You must have the rights to what you post.
9. Intellectual property
Site content belongs to Gyanplug or its licensors. Copying, distributing or making derivative works needs written permission.
10. Third-party links
Gyanplug is not responsible for linked third-party sites. Please read their terms and privacy policies.
11. Disclaimers
The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, with no promise of accuracy, reliability or availability. Gyanplug does not guarantee admission or that counsellor advice will meet your expectations.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Gyanplug is not liable for direct or indirect damages, including lost profits, data or use.
13. Indemnification
You agree to cover Gyanplug and its affiliates, employees and agents for claims and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your use of the site, your breach of these terms or unlawful activity through your account.
14. Termination
Gyanplug may suspend or end accounts and access at any time, without notice or liability, for breaches or unlawful activity.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
16. Changes to terms
Gyanplug may update the terms and will post changes on this page. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

18. Communications and consent
When you submit your details on the site, you allow Gyanplug to contact you by email, phone and WhatsApp.
19. Guidance, not guarantees
Gyanplug does not guarantee admission or employment. Employer discovery depends on participating employers and platform availability. Institutions and employers make their own decisions.
